Nicki and Jack’s Wasing Park wedding meant they spent the entire day at the beautiful barn venue near Reading. The girls started the day getting ready there and even fitted in some posing on the ‘biggest bed’ in Europe!
Nicki and Jack married in the ancient church just steps away, then followed the ceremony with celebrations in the garden room and cosy barn. All on one site it made it simple for their guests, and with a winter wedding there was no worry about travel between venues. They had a fabulous exit from Wasing church- Jack’s work friends formed a guard of honour as they left followed by a showering of confetti from their friends and family. Later in the day as they cut the cake Nicki showed off her speedy cake catching reactions- take a look below! Despite the rain, the walk back to the barn was romantically lit by their guests forming a sparkler tunnel under umbrellas (and the odd huge garden parasol)!
“The photos almost made me cry, its more beautiful than I could have imagined… You and James were amazing, I’ve had so many compliments from our guests about you guys. You really made our day.”

P.s Can you spot anything different about Nicki’s stunning dress in the getting ready photo and the post ceremony pictures?
A last minute dressing decision meant her crafty mum sewed on the jewels to embellish the Sassi Holford dress! Literally with minute to spare before she walked across Wasing Park’s grounds to the church.
