As preferred photographers at Lillibrooke Manor, I have photographed there in every season- each equally beautiful for different reasons. The Spring weddings definitely have the benefit of the beautiful blossom- if you’re lucky with your timing. Which Mary and James were! Flowers were an important part of their day, so it certainly was a great bonus to have the manor garden full of flowers in the borders and pink cherry blossom on the trees! Even inside the ceremony room in the little barn the blooms were out! Floral Circus did a beautiful display framing the door from the moment guests stepped in, they were then met by stunning hanging flowers- and best of all. Mary and James spent their entire ceremony framed by a gorgeous ring of spring flowers. Perfect!
Below are a few pictures from their day- mainly the couples portraits which I split over two short sessions if timings allow. The first shortly before guests sit to eat, so whilst they look at the table plan and work out their seats Mary and James slipped away unnoticed. The other fifteen minutes as the sun dropped- slipping out for a moment alone to enjoy that beautiful golden haze. Lillibrooke Manor gives so many choices for sunset pictures- all less than a minute from the main barn, so easy to reach too!
Enjoy the scroll through their beautiful Spring day and please keep going to the end for links of their fab wedding team!
