Hannah and Ben married between lockdowns at Bradfield College. Not only is it a beautiful setting, it holds many special memories for the two of them as it is where they met when they were at school there.

Hannah shared her thoughts for couples considering a smaller wedding too:

“I would say to any couple wondering whether to go ahead with a smaller wedding to go for it! On the run up to the wedding, we both felt mixed emotions however when the day arrived, all that worry completely fell away and we completely forgot about COVID! Now we look back and reflect on our day, we honestly couldn’t have wished for a better day, yes it was completely different to what we had initially planned however it was perfect and made even more special by the fact it was so small and intimate and we could focus just on each other. “

The covid restrictions meant they married and celebrated with their fifteen closest guests, a true family event. The masks couldn’t hide the smiles in everyones eyes as they stood at the front of the church and said their vows.

They will get to celebrate twice when they return this summer for a huge celebration with all their friends and family joining them.
