The sun shone through the grape vines at Old Luxters barn, a warm surprise to the wet start of the day. Before they reached the winery in Henley, Cate and Nick had a beautiful church ceremony in Sonning. St Andrew’s church has become a regular ceremony spot; five of our couples marrying there this year. Not only is it a fabulously grand church, Reverend Jamie is always laid back with photography. The church rules for photography allow for gorgeous wedding photos as we sneak around discretely.
As Nick is part of a band, they had subtle musical hints in their styling. This began with the confetti cones made with rolled music scripts to scatter the dried petals at guests after the ceremony. Their relaxed wedding day was a treat to be part of, thanks so much for asking me to document your marriage Cate and Nick xoxo
