Things are getting delicious on the blog today. Day 5 of supplier week is wedding catering, scrummy pizzas by Little Reds Pizza to be more exact. And yes, if you were wondering, the pizza’s had to be eaten up at the end. One of the tough parts of the job 😉 but I can say with absolute assurance these are not your average pizza, these are super super tasty. You can tell how much thought and love goes into sourcing the ingredients and planning the menu choice.
If you are thinking of having something a little different to the typical wedding day cuisine, yet don’t want to compromise on quality then I think I have found your answer. Over to Darren…
We believe that quality, simplicity and passion are the primary foundations of beautiful food. Having worked as a chef for over 30 years and experienced the flavours and delights of the world, the decision to create Little Reds was born purely out of the desire to share the taste of an authentic wood fired pizza.
We were utterly amazed at Hannah’s ability to perfectly craft her vision for the shoot. The pre planning was exceptionally well organised with excellent communication from Hannah including schedules for all those present on the day. Highly recommended!
Assuming that you are providing a buffet for the evening reception of your special day, do consider the number of guests who will want to eat as a percentage of the total number attending. There will obviously be variance between those who are hungry and those that have eaten prior to attending and as such we would recommend you reduce the number of covers by 20%. As an example, if you have 100 guests attending at a cost of £15 per head, reducing the covers to 80 will save you a whopping £300!
